About resilience
n file F08 we can read the following: “Nowadays resilience is largely interpreted as the key concept for a “shift in thinking” in the field of disaster analysis and management, due to the opportunity that it provides for dealing with concepts like uncertainty, cross-scale effects, non-linear dynamics, etc. which are very relevant in case of complex urban disasters.”
These words contribute to make us understand how important the practice on the concept and on the development of resilience assessments could be.
